Not an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, interest or service, or investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Any offer would be made only to qualified counterparties through definitive documents.

Hypothetical performance policy

Stonebridge's trading strategies have operated only in paper-trading accounts on real broker interfaces. No live order has been sent and no live performance exists. Paper, model and backtested results are hypothetical performance. We do not publish them on any public page. We provide them only to qualified counterparties who have told us who they are, together with the criteria and assumptions used to produce them and the risks and limitations that apply, and we keep a record of who has received what. Paper results have been restated during the period by reconciliation work and two book histories were deliberately reset in November 2026; no continuous audited record exists.

Operating facts

The Operating Board and venture pages show operating facts: releases, test counts, instruments and features. They describe engineering state, not investment results, and are regenerated from our repositories at each release with the date shown.

Tax software

TaxStrategy Studio is a planning tool, not a return preparer, and does not file returns. TaxReturnStudio is in development, is not released, does not calculate or file returns, and produces inputs for professional tax software only after a professional has approved them. All figures the tools produce are estimates for a qualified professional to review against the client's facts and current law. Nothing on this site is tax advice.

Advisory

Advisory engagements are governed by a written scope agreed in advance. Descriptions on this site are of capability, not of past clients or employers, who are never named without written consent. Reserves opinions are provided to the engaging party for the stated purpose; they are not reserves audits under SEC or SPE definitions unless the scope says so.

Privacy

We collect only what you type into a form and the technical minimum needed to deliver it. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no personal identifiers. We do not sell or share your details. Write to contact@stonebridgeleg.com to see or delete what we hold.

Security disclosure

If you find a security issue in this site or any Stonebridge system, email contact@stonebridgeleg.com with "security" in the subject. We acknowledge within two working days.
